Transformed from a long-abandoned factory warehouse, this project is WAYZIM’s new product exhibition center. The construction was finished in 3 months, including demolition and new construction inside the warehouse. The goal of this project is to demonstrate the product and enhance the corporate image creatively. We propose a layout of three “centers”: an exhibition center, a sales center, and an R&D center. Regarding spatial relationships, the three centers are inter-connected in series to create a smooth visiting experience and provide a comfortable indoor environment for business negotiations and network expansion.

本项目为中微（杭州）智能制造科技有限公司，是一家成立于2015年，致力于物流自动分拣系统研发、生产、销售与服务的公司，所生产的自动分拣系统向国内和国外各大物流快递公司销售。对于发展初期的企业，急需通过办公和展示场所的建筑质量创造和提升企业形象。然而，发展初期的企业往往在资金上没有成熟企业充沛，这就要求设计师明确了解该企业的产业类型和发展目标，有针对性地在设计上采用适合该企业的建筑形式和语言。在项目资金有限的情况下，不求面面俱到，但求令人耳目一新的参观体验，在充分展示产品的同时借机提升企业创新、国际化的形象，是本项目的设计要点。在功能上，我们提出三个“中心”的功能布局：展示中心、销售中心、研发中心。在空间关系上建议将三个中心相互穿透、串联，以创造流畅的参观体验，为商务洽谈、拓展业务关系提供高端的室内环境。
