This project is the third phase construction plan of WAYZIM’s Wuxi headquarters campus. The main structure is a 4-story factory building with a total area of about 350,000 square footage. Responding to the shortage of outdoor spaces and entertainment facilities on the campus, we propose a “giga park” on the roof to provide employees with places for sports, gatherings, leisure and entertainment activities, etc. It aims at enriching wor life and create a sense of community. The roof “park” is structured on two floors, which are connected by gentle terraced slopes. It has two standard outdoor basketball courts, an indoor gymnasium, children’s activity room, organic vegetable garden, landscape trail, outdoor barbecue area, etc. It can also hold large outdoor gatherings that can accommodate more than 1,000 people, with kitchen facilities to provide catering services.

本项目为无锡中科微至总部园区的三期扩建计划。项目主体为一栋4层，面积共3万平方米左右的厂房建筑。为了回应总部园区内用地紧张、休闲娱乐设施匮乏的问题，我们提议在厂房的顶层构建一个“公园”，为员工提供体育活动、休闲娱乐、集会等场所，丰富工作生活，营造集体归属感。屋顶“公园”共分上下两层，由梯田式缓坡平台连接，设有2个标准室外篮球场、羽毛球场、室内健身房、儿童活动室、有机菜园、景观步道、环绕式跑道、室外烧烤区域等设施。还可举办容纳1000人以上的大型室外集会，设有厨房设施可提供简单的餐饮服务。
